Akash Parekh

Analyst

Akash is an Analyst with Whipstitch Capital. Prior to joining Whipstitch full-time, he interned with the firm in 2025 and graduated from Bentley University the following year.

In his free time, Akash enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, often playing golf or trying new restaurants. He’s also a devoted sports fan, cheering for the Lakers, Giants, and Red Sox thanks to time spent living in California, New Jersey, and Boston.

Akash received his B.S. and M.S. in Finance from Bentley University.

 

Why it’s personal to Akash

“I’ve been playing sports and staying active for as long as I can remember. My mom works as a dietitian, and she has always encouraged me to lead a healthy lifestyle while introducing me to healthier foods and beverages along the way. That exposure grew into a genuine passion for trying new better-for-you consumer brands and eventually experimenting with making some of my own snacks and products at home. At Whipstitch, I get to carry that passion forward by learning more about these brands, with the added reward of helping them grow. Being able to support that growth and make these products more accessible along the way is what makes this work so personal to me.”
