Julianne Slavin

Analyst

Julianne is an Analyst with Whipstitch Capital. Prior to joining Whipstitch, she was a private markets investment analyst at a multifamily office and assisted with sourcing and due diligencing private equity, private real estate, and private credit investment managers.

Outside of the office, Julianne enjoys reading nonfiction books, running with her dog Otis, and practicing piano. On the weekends she can be found trying a new restaurant or attending a Red Sox game with friends.

Julianne received a BS in Economics-Finance and an MS in Finance from Bentley University where she played on the Women’s Softball team. She currently holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and 82 licenses and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Why it’s personal with Julianne

“I have four siblings and growing up I watched my parents’ endless search to find ingredients and meals that were tasty and quick to make for a large group. Once I became a competitive athlete my consumption shifted from large, one-pot meals with my brothers and sisters to taking more initiative around identifying which foods and snacks would give me the energy I needed for practices and games. These days I like to experiment with new flavors and recipes in the kitchen and pick up products I haven’t tried before. Seeing how a brand fits the needs of a consumer as they progress through different life stages makes the work more personal for me.”
