Julianne Slavin, CFA

Associate

Julianne is an Associate with Whipstitch Capital. Prior to joining Whipstitch in 2022, she was a private markets investment analyst at a multifamily office and assisted with sourcing and due diligencing private equity, private real estate, and private credit investment managers.

Outside of the office, Julianne enjoys reading nonfiction books and running. On the weekend, she can be found trying a new restaurant or working on home improvement projects.

Julianne received a BS in Economics-Finance and an MS in Finance from Bentley University where she played on the Women’s Softball team. She currently holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and 82 licenses and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Julianne lives in Connecticut with her fiancé and their dog Otis.

Why it’s personal to Julianne

“Growing up in a household with four siblings, I saw firsthand the daily challenge of feeding a crowd—my parents were constantly on the hunt for meals that were both quick and satisfying. As I got older and became a competitive athlete, my relationship with food shifted. I started paying closer attention to what fueled me best, trading big family-style dinners for more intentional choices around snacks and meals that supported my performance. These days, I love experimenting in the kitchen and trying new products. What excites me most is seeing how a brand evolves to meet people’s changing needs across different life stages. That personal connection is what makes this work feel meaningful.”
