Julianne Slavin, CFA

Associate

Julianne is an Associate with Whipstitch Capital. Prior to joining Whipstitch in 2022, she was a private markets investment analyst at a multifamily office and assisted with sourcing and due diligencing private equity, private real estate, and private credit investment managers.

Outside of the office, Julianne enjoys reading nonfiction books and running. On the weekend, she can be found trying a new restaurant or working on home improvement projects.

Julianne received a BS in Economics-Finance and an MS in Finance from Bentley University where she played on the Women’s Softball team. She currently holds FINRA Series 63, 79, and 82 licenses and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Julianne lives in Connecticut with her fiancé and their dog Otis.

Why it’s personal to Julianne

“Growing up with four siblings, I learned early how much work it takes to feed a crowd—my parents were always searching for meals that were fast, filling, and affordable. As I became a competitive athlete, my relationship with food shifted. I started paying attention to what actually fueled me, swapping big family-style dinners for more intentional choices that supported my performance. Today, I love experimenting in the kitchen and trying new products, and I’m especially energized by how brands evolve to meet people’s needs at every stage of life. That sense of connection is what makes this work meaningful to me.“
