Why It’s Personal

As a competitive athlete, nutrition was a huge influence on my performance at trainings and competitions. What I ate and how I trained dictated if I would avoid injury, so better-for-you has been a part of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember. Since retiring from skiing at the professional level, better-for-you and emerging brands continue to be part of my weekly grocery hauls to help get me through marathon training blocks. Joining Whipstitch offered me the opportunity to shift something I’m personally passionate about into something I get to work on every day. Being a part of what helps these brands grow and get products into hands of more consumers is what makes it personal for me.
